Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cashier supervision.
- Support the store supervisor in team coordination, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Train and mentor junior staff on company policies, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards in alignment with MR.DIY’s protocols.
- Participate in weekly meetings and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (accommodation support may be provided).
- Passion for retail and a commitment to long-term career growth with MR.DIY.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
