Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales targets.
- Support the store supervisor in team coordination, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Participate in training sessions on retail best practices, leadership, and product knowledge.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure product displays meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Assist in cashier duties, transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation when needed.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations or prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
