Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales targets.
  • Support the store supervisor in team coordination, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Participate in training sessions on retail best practices, leadership, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure product displays meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Assist in cashier duties, transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation when needed.
  • Contribute to promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations or prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
