Based in vibrant Badung, Bali, you’ll work in a dynamic environment, learning the ins and outs of store operations, team management, and customer service excellence. As an apprentice, you’ll rotate through key departments, gaining exposure to inventory management, sales strategies, and staff coordination. By the end of the program, you’ll be equipped to step into a supervisory role with confidence, backed by MR.DIY’s industry-leading training.

Responsibility

  • Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.
  • Support the store supervisor in delegating tasks to team members and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment, pricing updates, and loss prevention.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, customer service, and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and compliance standards in all operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for leadership development.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
