Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Support the store supervisor in leading and motivating the retail team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership and operational skills
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team for replenishment
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, or related fields
- Passion for retail and customer service with a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to MR.DIY's operational standards
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
