Responsibility
- Assist the Retail Operations team in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate records.
- Help organize and execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.
- Liaise with store managers to address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics for management review.
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and retail best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory systems, or point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
