Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cashier duties.
- Support the store supervisor in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Assist in conducting staff meetings, performance reviews, and team-building activities.
- Contribute to store promotions, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and sales principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Leadership potential with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a retail setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
