Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cashier management, and sales floor supervision.
- Support the store supervisor in team coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and maintain accurate product displays.
- Participate in training sessions on retail best practices, POS systems, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Contribute to promotional activities, visual merchandising, and in-store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of retail operations or prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to undergo a 6–12 month apprenticeship with potential for permanent placement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Passion for home improvement retail and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
