Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and inventory restocking.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with prior supervisory experience being a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
