Responsibility
- Oversee daily supermarket operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing strategic initiatives and monitoring performance metrics.
- Manage and lead a team of retail staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders to secure favorable terms and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Supermarket Manager, or Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
