Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in Bali’s competitive retail landscape.
- Oversee daily supermarket operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff coordination to ensure seamless service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and local retail standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders to secure favorable terms and partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales targets, customer satisfaction, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with regional management to align local strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supermarket or hypermarket leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS software, and retail analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
