Note: This is a contract-based position with the potential for long-term opportunities based on performance.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Implement and monitor compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and operational processes.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Manage and develop store staff, including conducting performance reviews, providing coaching, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and accurate record-keeping to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and store events.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget adherence, expense control, and profitability analysis, to ensure store targets are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and achieving operational targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using retail management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
