Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Collaborate with the head office on promotions, marketing initiatives, and stock management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Excel).
- Familiarity with the retail industry in Bali is a plus.
