Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products across Fashion, Sports, and Optical categories, offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product expertise and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in Fashion, Sports, or Optical industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, sports, or eyewear with a keen eye for trends and style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are advantageous.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
