Responsibility
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and restock products to ensure optimal stock levels and display standards.
- Perform quality control checks on food and retail products to maintain freshness and compliance with company standards.
- Assist with food packing, labeling, and preparation for takeout or delivery orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area and store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, retail, or customer service role (preferably in food or FMCG).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
