Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store layout, including restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are eye-catching.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting Smiggle’s latest collections.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to create a fun and welcoming in-store atmosphere that aligns with Smiggle’s brand identity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with a passion for retail are welcome to apply!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods.
- High energy, proactive attitude, and a genuine love for Smiggle’s fun and colorful brand.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
