Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance brand appeal.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management or a similar leadership role.
