Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves, inventory checks, and product displays.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not required.
