As a Cashier, you will handle both cash and non-cash payments, maintain accurate cash records, and generate sales reports. This is a contract position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work in some of Bali's most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Responsibility
- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Generate and submit daily sales reports to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments or transactions.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
