Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to hardware stores, construction suppliers, and contractors across Bali to promote and sell building materials.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in targeted regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients to support sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive canvassing and effective negotiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement localized sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or business development, preferably in the building materials, construction, or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and retail markets, including key players and industry trends.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali, including to remote areas, to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, construction processes, or related products is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motorbike or car is highly desirable.
