Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and action plans to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention standards.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the head office on promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal collections.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager role, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, team leadership, and operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse customers.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
