Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales performance, customer satisfaction) and prepare actionable reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
