Responsibility
- Conduct professional foot assessments and gait analyses to identify customer needs.
- Educate customers on foot health, proper footwear selection, and the benefits of custom insoles.
- Recommend and demonstrate footwear products and accessories that align with customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, ensuring a positive and informative shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends in footwear and orthotics.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and tracking product availability.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and promote foot health awareness.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (footwear industry is a plus).
