Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and manage inventory stock levels.
- Collaborate with the team to merchandise products attractively and ensure store standards are met.
- Assist in visual merchandising, store layouts, and promotional setups to enhance product appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on new products and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management is a plus.
- Passionate about retail, fashion, or consumer products with a keen eye for trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
