Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure optimal stock availability for high-demand products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and corporate partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a seamless, luxury-level shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in retail management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Deep understanding of customer service excellence and luxury retail standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
