Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with Adidas' global brand guidelines
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and brand alignment
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Adidas' brand values
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of retail staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in sportswear or fashion
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for the Adidas brand and the sports/fashion industry
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, email)
- Legal right to work in Indonesia
