Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Monitor and drive sales targets, KPIs, and financial objectives to meet or exceed company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards across all outlets.
- Resolve conflicts and address operational challenges promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet or area management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
