Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and brand loyalty in retail outlets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) is advantageous.
