Responsibility
- Assist in daily retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Support store managers in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Participate in leadership training modules and workshops to develop management skills
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events
- Shadow senior staff to learn best practices in team supervision and conflict resolution
- Prepare reports and presentations on store performance and training progress
- Uphold company standards for service excellence and brand representation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the retail industry and a drive to succeed in a management role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus
