Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business.
- Ensure timely and efficient distribution of products to retail outlets and customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on market performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer preferences is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
