Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows to meet sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and increase market share in Bali’s competitive retail landscape.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, and loss prevention to optimize product availability and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centric service.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to regional management to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards to create a secure and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns that align with Erablue’s brand identity and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of retail professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and financial reporting to make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
