Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Manage sales transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Maintain the store's appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and participating in sales events to drive store traffic.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
