Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting high-end fashion items, offering expert styling advice and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing boutique display, including stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, collections, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a confident and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
