As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance in recruitment, training, and staff development programs.
- Manage promotional activities, inventory control, and financial reporting to optimize store performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels, cash handling, and operational workflows.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement company-wide initiatives and improvements.
- Prepare and submit performance reports, including KPIs, sales data, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in consumer electronics or similar fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and retail software/tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market is a plus.
