As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. Your leadership will ensure compliance, efficiency, and a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Based in Bali’s vibrant locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll contribute to the growth of one of Indonesia’s most trusted retail brands.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with recruitment, training, and promotional procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales and minimize losses.
- Coordinate with the finance team to track budgets, expenses, and revenue, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, fostering a positive brand image.
- Conduct regular audits to assess operational efficiency and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store performance with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in consumer electronics or similar industries.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
