As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional service standards across our premium retail locations in Bali. You’ll work closely with store teams to analyze performance metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rates) and implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this contract position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking company at the forefront of Indonesia’s tech retail sector.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Conversion Rates to drive improvements.
- Develop and implement store management systems to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches for smart devices.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide timely, professional solutions to maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct regular store audits to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or smart devices.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, team leadership, and operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rates) and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
