Responsibility
- Develop and execute demand planning strategies for mobile accessories, including tactical promotions and sales forecasting to meet business targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to optimize product assortment and pricing.
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and inventory turnover.
- Manage product gross margins by evaluating cost structures, promotional effectiveness, and pricing adjustments.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, stock levels, and demand forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to align product launches and in-store promotions with demand plans.
- Identify slow-moving and excess inventory and propose clearance or reallocation strategies to minimize losses.
- Support the development of seasonal and holiday merchandising plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, demand planning, or retail inventory management, preferably in mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting models) and retail planning tools.
- Proven ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
