Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Promote café products, specials, and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies, including hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
