Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, fitting, and purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of adidas products, promotions, and brand initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by merchandising products according to company guidelines and maintaining cleanliness.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and digital payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, receiving shipments, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
- Uphold adidas’s brand values and policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of or interest in sports, fashion, and the adidas brand is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in retail is a bonus.
