Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, ensuring high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years as a Store Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive sales, and maintain operational efficiency in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering memorable shopping experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
