As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing operational needs, implementing efficient management systems, and driving key performance metrics such as Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Conversion Rates. Your leadership will ensure seamless store operations, exceptional service delivery, and continuous improvement in sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rates) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store goals with company-wide objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, challenges, and action plans for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or smart devices.
- Proven track record in driving sales KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion) and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, POS software, and inventory tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
