Responsibility

  • Supervise and lead a team of store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, morale, and customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health/safety regulations.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and develop strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed to maintain brand reputation.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail, F&B, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage customers.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and local labor regulations in Indonesia.
