Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Handle cash transactions, inventory management, and daily sales reports accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Assist in store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
