Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, engagement, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategic promotions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance brand loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store’s appearance aligns with brand guidelines and attracts customers.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain team, and ensure timely restocking of best-selling items.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues diplomatically.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
