Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high standard of service.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
- Support the Store Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion, particularly denim products, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
