Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, fitting recommendations, and checkout processes.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Manage inventory operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining accurate records of products.
- Conduct regular stock takes, identify discrepancies, and report findings to the store manager for resolution.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards at all times.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store events.
- Address customer concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or inventory management (fashion retail is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required by store operations.
