Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch customer service to a diverse, international clientele in a luxury retail setting.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room consultations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments with integrity.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including restocking, organizing, and ensuring products are display-ready.
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups, product recommendations, and loyalty program engagement.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Stay updated on trend forecasts, new collections, and brand knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (luxury fashion is a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with customers.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and styling with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
