Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet KPIs.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with the management team on stock replenishment, promotions, and visual merchandising.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to foster a high-performing team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA) diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within retail, preferably in consumer products or electronics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
