Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and submit timely replenishment requests to ensure optimal product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and brand-aligned in-store experience.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to improve performance, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
- Passion for customer service and a deep understanding of luxury retail standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
