Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance KPIs.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • SOP Compliance: Enforce company policies, health/safety protocols, and service standards to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Sales & Targets: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Customer Experience: Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to uphold brand reputation.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage stock levels, place orders, and conduct regular audits.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics for management review.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create and optimize work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering premium service in high-volume settings.
  • Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle conflicts, resolve issues efficiently, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) to communicate with diverse customers and teams.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by business needs.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred).
