Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Train, mentor, and develop store staff to improve performance and career growth.
- Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering outstanding shopping experiences.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
